Glovez Not Gunz
Gloves Not Gunz will be running this amazing summer programme during the school holidays. Young people will get the opportunity to try boxing, meet friends, enjoy fun workshops and eat healthy food. They will be offering 9 free half days finishing the summer with a celebration event.

Palace for Life
A free programme supporting children and parents who qualify for Free School Meals, we provide various sports games and classroom-based workshops to keep children healthy and active over the summer. All children are provided with a hot lunch and snacks throughout the day and healthy eating workshops are available for parents.

Legacy Youth Zone

Over the summer, there will be normal hours for Saturday and Sunday. The holiday club will be 8am till 6pm for their 8 to 12-year-olds and then normal operation from 6pm onwards.

Croydon Youth Theatre Organisation (CYTO)
Croydon Youth Theatre Organisation (CYTO) is a South Norwood charity that brings young people aged 6-19 together through drama workshops, production skills schemes and productions to produce excellent live theatre! They are running a Digital Marketing programme for 15 young people in late July. It is an intensive programme where young people get  free laptop, 2 weeks of workshops with digital / tech companies like Playstation, Disguise, I am John Doe, Mediorite, a personal and professional mentor and Training in the field that they are interested in, paid work experience with our digital partners and jobs!

CYTO Summer Sizzle
​For CYTO’s Summer Sizzle, two groups, aged 8-11 years and 12-15 years, will each devise a brand new 45-minute play with the support of a director and a playwright.
16-19-year-olds will be mentored in lighting, sound, set design and construction, costume, marketing and box office.

Upper Norwood Library Trust: Visual Arts & Performing Arts Club
Young performers will have the opportunity to discover new skills, techniques and make some new friends as they spend the holidays having fun, creating and exploring drama, movement and music. During the performing arts weeks, you will have fun learning acting, drama and improvisation. There is also a Little Brushstrokes Summer club where young budding artists will have the opportunity to discover new skills, techniques and learn about famous artists from around the world and their work as they spend the holidays having fun, creating, and exploring art. All the sessions are facilitated by local artist Cherelle Morris of Brushstrokes Art. *Drop off and pick up is at the back of the library on Beardell Street.  Children will be provided with a healthy lunch.

Hillel Bright Futures Trust: Croydon’s Summer Science & Fun Club
Croydon’s Summer Science and Fun Club offers a range of activities from drama and dance workshops, daily sports activities, arts and crafts, and lots of science fun learning activities.This programme is FREE to children in receipt of Free School Meals (FSM) or with Special Educational Needs (SEN), however, it is also open to other children at a minimal cost.
